Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of many products, slight variations in wood grain, texture, finish, color, engraving depth, dimensions, and appearance may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics and shall not be treated as defects.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

- Colors may vary depending on your screen or device.
- Product photographs are for representation purposes only.
- Minor variations may occur between displayed images and the delivered product.
5. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Decor Palace reserves the right to:

- Correct pricing errors.
- Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
6. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Decor Palace reserves the right to:

- Request additional verification before processing an order.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified unless approved by Decor Palace.
7. Personalized Products
Customized and personalized products are manufactured specifically according to customer instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Correct spelling
- Design approval
- Uploaded images
- Personalization details
Once the final design has been approved and production has commenced:
- No cancellation is permitted.
- No refund will be provided.
- No exchange will be accepted except where the product is damaged during transit or a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Decor Palace.
Decor Palace is not responsible for customer-approved spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect personalization details.
8. Payments
Decor Palace accepts secure online payments through approved payment gateways.
Accepted payment methods include:
- UPI
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- EMI (where available)
- Other supported online payment methods
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available only for eligible non-personalized products.
- COD is not available for personalized or customized products.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation where applicable.
9. Shipping
We currently ship across India.
Estimated Timelines
Order Processing: 1–3 Business Days
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Remote delivery locations
Decor Palace shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
10. Order Cancellation
Standard Products
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not begun.
Customized Products
Once the design is finalized or production has started:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- No refund will be issued.
11. Returns
Eligible Products
Eligible standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized products
- Customized products
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
12. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify Decor Palace through our website within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims for transit damage must be submitted with a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before the outer packaging is opened and clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- Shipping label
- Entire opening process
- Internal packaging
- Damaged product
Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
After verification, Decor Palace may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Repair the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide another appropriate resolution
13. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing generally takes 5–7 working days, although actual credit timelines depend upon banks and payment providers.
Shipping charges, handling fees, or COD charges (where applicable) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

- Designs
- Product images
- Graphics
- Product descriptions
- Artwork
- Text
- Videos
is the exclusive intellectual property of Decor Palace.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
